Tucked under the south east corner of Austria, east of Italy, south of Hungary and north of Croatia it has influences of all of it's neighbours and melds them into their own identity. A small country with very friendly people, clean and interesting environment and a well developed tourist industry.
Some of the notable things are a wonderful National Park called Bohinjsko jezero (Lake Bohnij) a crystal clear snow fed lake at the foot of Tryglev National Park.
The town of Bled has a wonderful lake in the centre with a church situated on an island.
